SALESMANSHIP CLUB OF DALLAS ELECTS PRESIDENT FOR 2009-2010
Scott Ragland to lead
historic nonprofit organization
Dallas, TX - Scott
Ragland has been elected president of the Salesmanship Club
of Dallas for 2009-2010. Ragland takes over as the 90th
president of the nonprofit organization that is dedicated to
improving the lives of children and their families. The
Salesmanship Club is the host organization of the HP Byron
Nelson Championship.
Ragland, who has been a
member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas since 1985, is
partner at Ragland, Strother & Lafitte. In his 24 years with
the Club, he has served in a number of positions including
the 2007 chairman of the Board for the Salesmanship Club
Youth and Family Centers, Inc.
“I am thrilled to lead this
organization and advance its extraordinary purpose,” Ragland
said. “Over the past 90 years, the Salesmanship Club of
Dallas has served tens of thousands of children and families
in our community, and I am excited to see the great things
we will accomplish in 2010.”
In addition to Ragland, other
